Falooda , fitness aur fikre

Most of us are fitness concious these days.  We are bothered about being and looking fit. Each of us choose different ways of staying fit. Like going to the gym , joining a strength training centre. Trying out HIIT or resistence training from youtube videos . And yes who can forget JM's 30 day shred , walking in the park, yoga etc  ... last but not the least the so called magic diets like GM diets etc. Being active everyday is the most important thing these days with most of us sitting and working in front of  computers. Over the recent years, my views about fitness and food changed a lot due to people like rujutha diwekar ! (Now those who don't know who she is, please google and learn about her and her books) . I have read few of her books and i loved it ! The main reason is that she advocates eating all the stuff which are restricted by other fitness gurus to lose weight. Lol ! Jokes apart , i really agree with her way of food habits.  She promotes local food...
